Refund Policy for Compliance-Edge

  • Major technical issues: If persistent technical issues prevent us from delivering the service as agreed and we cannot resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Billing errors: In the case of billing errors or unauthorized payments, we will process a refund promptly.

2. Refund Period

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the service purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund.

4. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Certain services may be excluded from our refund policy, including:

  • Services that have already been delivered and accepted by the client.
  • Services that involve a prior commitment or significant investment, as outlined in a contract or quotation.

5. Service Modifications and Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel a service, please inform us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Any cancellation or modification may incur additional fees depending on the progress of the service.

6. Right to Deny Refund

We reserve the right to deny a refund if we believe the request is abusive, fraudulent, or does not comply with the conditions outlined above.
